2 oz Bayab Gin
1 oz lychee liqueur (or lychee syrup)
1 oz lychee juice
½ oz fresh lime juice
½ oz simple syrup (optional, to taste)

Preparation
Chill a martini glass in the freezer for at least 15 minutes. Fill a cocktail shaker halfway with ice, then add the gin, lychee liqueur or syrup, lychee juice, lime juice, and simple syrup if using. Shake vigorously for 15 to 20 seconds, until the shaker is well chilled and frosty. Strain into the prepared glass.

Composition
2 oz gin (Bayab Gin recommended)
¾ oz fresh lime juice
½ oz basil syrup (or 4 fresh basil leaves)
½ oz simple syrup (optional, for balance)

Preparation
If using fresh basil, gently muddle the leaves with simple syrup in a shaker to release their oils. Add the gin, lime juice, and basil syrup if using, then fill the shaker with ice. Shake vigorously for 15 to 20 seconds until well chilled. Double strain into a chilled coupe glass.

2 oz vodka
1 oz freshly brewed espresso, chilled (or cold brew concentrate)
½ oz coffee liqueur (such as Kahlúa)
¼ to ½ oz simple syrup (to taste)

Directions
Chill a coupe or martini glass. In a shaker, combine vodka, espresso, coffee liqueur, and simple syrup. Fill with ice and shake vigorously for 15 to 20 seconds until well chilled and a rich foam forms. Double strain into the chilled glass for a smooth, velvety finish.

½ oz white rum
½ oz tequila
½ oz triple sec
¾ oz fresh lemon juice
¾ oz simple syrup
Splash of cola
Preparation
Combine all spirits, lemon juice, and simple syrup to a shaker filled with ice.
Shake briefly, then strain into a highball glass over fresh ice.
Top with a splash of cola.

2 oz gin (Bayab Gin preferred)
1 oz fresh lemon juice
¾ oz simple syrup
3–4 fresh strawberries
Splash of club soda or prosecco (optional, for sparkle)

Preparation
Muddle the strawberries in a shaker until fully broken down and fragrant. Add the gin, lemon juice, and simple syrup, then fill with ice. Shake briefly to combine and chill. Strain into a rocks glass over crushed ice and finish with a splash of club soda or prosecco if desired
