Guests will arrive throughout the day and settle into their accommodations at their own pace.
For those who have arrived and are ready to explore, the Kūhiō Beach Hula Show
is a wonderful optional introduction to Hawaiian culture and aloha spirit. Guests are welcome to attend independently or connect with others who may be interested in experiencing the performance together.

Admission: Complimentary
Seating: Casual open seating on the grass. Beach towels, mats, or low-back beach chairs are recommended.
Please note: This outdoor event is weather permitting and subject to cancellation due to street closures or special events.
Welcome Gathering
After a day of travel, all guests are asked to join us for our Welcome Gathering as we officially begin our week in paradise. This gathering will be our opportunity to reconnect with familiar faces, meet fellow travelers, and share a few highlights of the exciting days ahead.
We kindly ask everyone to attend, as this will be our first opportunity to gather as a group, receive welcome gifts, and officially begin an unforgettable week of celebration, connection, and island memories.

Adventure Day + Evening Lūʻau
Kualoa Ranch
Today, we trade the shoreline for the stunning landscapes of Kualoa Ranch, one of Oʻahu's most iconic and breathtaking destinations. Surrounded by lush valleys, dramatic mountain ranges, and panoramic ocean views, guests will have the opportunity to experience the island through a variety of unforgettable adventures.
Whether you're exploring cinematic landscapes, navigating rugged terrain, soaring through the treetops, or discovering the natural beauty and history of the ranch, each experience offers a unique perspective of Oʻahu and its extraordinary landscape.

As an optional evening experience, I plan to attend Nā Lei Aloha at the Hyatt Regency Waikīkī Beach Resort & Spa.
Set beneath the Waikīkī sky, this elegant celebration of Hawaiian culture features a traditional lei welcome, captivating performances, and an evening immersed in the artistry and spirit of aloha.
Guests interested in joining are welcome to secure tickets independently, subject to availability.

History + The Garden Soirée
Pearl Harbor National Memorial
Guests may choose to spend part of the day visiting Pearl Harbor National Memorial, one of Hawaiʻi’s most historic and meaningful landmarks.
The Garden Soirée
As the sun begins to set, we’ll gather beneath the palms for an elegant sunset picnic experience designed around beauty, connection, conversation, and celebration.
Set along the shoreline at Kawaikui Beach Park, The Garden Soirée will feature thoughtfully curated details, candlelight ambiance, music, cocktails, and a warm island atmosphere as we celebrate together beneath the evening sky.
The experience is intended to feel relaxed, elevated, cinematic, and deeply memorable, a beautiful reflection of joy, gratitude, friendship, and this milestone season of life.
Guests are welcome to bring their beverage of choice to enjoy throughout the evening. Whether it's champagne, wine, a favorite cocktail, or a nonalcoholic refreshment, BYOB is encouraged.

Sail, Swim + Fireworks
Friday Belongs to the Ocean
We'll board the Waikīkī Swim + Sail Cocktail Cruise for an unforgettable afternoon on the water.
With Waikīkī as our backdrop, guests are invited to swim, sip, dance, lounge, and soak in the beauty of Oʻahu from the sea. This is the perfect opportunity to relax, connect, and embrace the carefree spirit of island life.
Swim. Sip. Dance. Lounge. Repeat.
With cocktails flowing, music playing, and endless ocean views surrounding us, this is where the trip fully settles into its rhythm.

Whether that means one last swim in the Pacific, a favorite local find, a leisurely brunch, or simply soaking in the beauty of Oʻahu, today is yours to enjoy at your own pace.

As the sun begins to set on an unforgettable week, we'll gather at Swell Pool & Bar for one final celebration.
Set against the backdrop of Waikīkī, The Afterglow is designed to be relaxed, effortless, and memorable; a chance to savor the final moments of an incredible experience shared with family and friends. With private cabanas, a firepit lounge, poolside cocktails, music, and conversation, the evening is less about an itinerary and more about simply being present.
No rushing.
No schedules.
Just good company, gratitude, laughter, and one last evening together in paradise.

Departure day arrives quietly.
Suitcases close. Final hugs are exchanged. Phones are filled with photographs and videos that will somehow never fully capture what this week actually felt like.
The laughter, the sunsets, the conversations, the music, and the moments shared beneath the Hawaiian sky become part of the memories we carry home with us.
Though our time in Oʻahu comes to an end, I hope the memories we've made together stay with us long after we've returned home, bringing smiles, laughter, and reminders of just how special this time was.
Thank you for being part of this celebration, this milestone, and this unforgettable chapter of my journey. Your presence made this experience more meaningful than words can express, and I will forever be grateful for the memories we created together in paradise.
