1. Start a project or business idea that has been on your heart.
2. Volunteer one afternoon - quietly, anonymously.
3. Go on a solo date: dressed up, no distractions, just you.
4. Create a mood board just for how you want to feel this year.
5. Release guilt tied to motherhood, womanhood, or any weight that no longer belongs to you.
6. Spend one full day in silence for reflection.
7. Read 5 books that shift your mindset and elevate your vision.
8. Visit a place that holds emotional significance and leave something behind.
9. Write a letter to your younger self - and your future self.
10. Start a daily gratitude ritual - three things, every day, no matter what.
11. Reclaim your movement - modeling, walking, dancing - something that feels like you.
12. Watch sunrise and sunset on the same day in a beautiful place.
13. Ride in a hot air balloon.
14. Spend a whole day saying "yes" to new experiences.
15. Try a new sport or fitness challenge.
16. Start a daily meditation practice - one breath, one moment at a time.
17. Do nothing for a whole day and remind yourself that rest is royalty.
18. Do a full digital detox for a week.
19. Write a handwritten note to 10 people who impacted your life.
20. Plan a reunion with childhood or college friends.
21. Write down your core values and live from them unapologetically.
22. Spend a full weekend offline and journal how it feels.
23. Try a bold new haircut or hair color.

27. Say out loud: "I love the woman I'm becoming" every day for 50 days.
28. Plant a tree, flower, or garden bed and name it after Poppa.
29. Take a "confidence" walk every morning for 7 days straight - affirmations and power music.
30. Say no to something that no longer serves you - unapologetically.
31. Make a list of every single thing you're proud of at 50 - and frame it.
32. Say yes to something that scares you (but lowkey excites you).
33. Attend a live jazz or soul concert in an intimate setting.
34. Plan a luxury "reset weekend" just for you - robe, room service, rest and reflection.
35. Curate a "No" list - things you no longer tolerate, accept, or explain.
36. Forgive yourself for every version of you that didn't know better.
37. Do a mirror gazing ritual - remind yourself that you're the source, the answer, the gift.
38. Curate a coffee table book of your favorite quotes, looks, and life lessons.
39. Set boundaries that honor your peace.
40. Celebrate a "just because" win - big or small.
41. Try something you've avoided for fear of judgement - then smile in victory.
42. Visit a waterfall and speak an intention into its flow.
43. Do a "creative cleanse" - no consuming, only creating for 3 days (write, sketch, design, and vision).
44. Walk into a space and know you don't have to prove anything. You are the room.
45. Visit a local artist's studio or open gallery.
46. Take a class you've always been curious about (candle making, cooking, investing).
47. Accept what doesn't come naturally.
48. Reintroduce yourself to yourself - new version, standards and rules.
49. Make peace with the version of yourself you've outgrown - and say goodbye to her with love.
